La finalidad de este artículo es analizar y compren-der críticamente la categoría de víctima en la filoso-fía de la liberación de Enrique Dussel. Para ello, este texto se divide en cuatro partes: la primeroa clarifica los principios fundamentales de esta corriente filosó-fica, sus conceptos y categorías centrales; la segunda versa sobre los alcances ético-políticos desde el aná-lisis de la categoría de víctima; la tercera expone las categorías discursivas: liberación, poder, dominación y exclusión, ya que estas están relacionadas con la pro-blemática de las víctimas, Y la cuarta y última es una reflexión crítica sobre las víctimas desde y en Amé-rica Latina, pues este continente se entiende como un territorio excluido del discurso hegemónico y domi-nado por el proyecto del Centro (europeo-norteame-ricano) en la época actual de globalización.The purpose of this article is to critically analyze and understand the status of victim in the Philosophy of Liberation Enrique Dussel. Therefore, this text is divi-ded into four sections; The first clarifies the funda-mental principles of this philosophical current, its core concepts and categories. The second deals with the ethical and political scope from the analysis of the status of victim. The third section discusses the dis-cursive categories: liberation, power, domination and exclusion, as these are related to the problems of victims. The fourth and last is a critical reflection on the victims from and Latin America, as this continent is seen as an exclusive territory and dominated by hegemonic discourse Center project (European-Ame-rican) in the current era of globalization
