Evaluación de la suplementación de la dieta de alimento comercial balanceado para pollos de engorde con harina de flor de Barbatusco (Erythrina Poeppigian) en tres niveles de proporción (5, 10 y 15%) en la Granja la Vega del municipio de Ocaña Norte de Santander

Abstract

Este proyecto se realiza teniendo en cuenta los factores que favorecen su ejecución en el municipio de Ocaña como lo son el clima, el tipo de terreno, la oferta y demanda en cuanto a pollos de engorde y por su puesto la comercialización de este artículo de la canasta familiar. Así mismo, se plasma el tipo de alimentación avícola, número de animales a establecer de la unidad productiva, condiciones geográficas de la zona donde estará ubicado el estudio, raza, manejo de las aves, alimentación, bioseguridad, manejo ambiental, instalaciones y equipos, sanidad, indicadores, manejo de información, registros, y la proyección de costos para su implementación. La inclinación del consumidor por pollos de engorde en la región del Catatumbo genera la viabilidad de la ejecución de este proyecto teniendo en cuenta la metodología planteada en la investigación la cual va enfocada de acuerdo a el reconocimiento del sector en cuanto a lo financiero, técnico y estudio de mercado. El objetivo de este proyecto es evaluar la adición de harina de flor de barbatusco (Erythrina Poeppigian) en tres niveles del 5, 10 y 15% en pollos de engorde AVIAN COBB como alternativa a la dieta suministrada.This project is carried out taking into account the factors that favor its execution in the municipality of Ocaña, such as the climate, the type of terrain, the supply and demand in terms of broilers and, of course, the commercialization of this article of the family basket. Likewise, the type of poultry feed, number of animals to be established in the production unit, geographical conditions of the area where the study will be located, breed, poultry management, feeding, biosecurity, environmental management, facilities and equipment, are reflected. Health, indicators, information management, records, and the projection of costs for its implementation. The consumer's inclination for broilers in the Catatumbo region generates the viability of the execution of this project taking into account the methodology proposed in the research which is focused according to the recognition of the sector in terms of financial, technical and market study. The objective of this project is to evaluate the addition of barbatusco flower meal (Erythrina Poeppigian) at three levels of 5, 10 and 15% in AVIAN COBB broilers as an alternative to the supplied diet
