Analisa Pengaruh Putaran Spindle Dan Depth Of Cut Terhadap Kekasaran Material Stainlees Steel 410 Dengan Menggunakan Pahat Hss Dalam Proses Pembubutan

Abstract

The Lathes are one of the production process machines used to form cylindrical workpieces. The machining process will determine the surface roughness at a certain level, this study was conducted to determine the surface roughness value of workpiece Stainlees steel 410 steel. In the turning process using variations of spindle rotation 110 rpm, 300 rpm, 410 rpm and depth of cut 0.1 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm. In the turning process using variations of spindle rotation 110 rpm, 300 rpm, 410 rpm and depth of cut 0.1 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm. Based on the results of this study, the lowest surface roughness values were found at spindle rotation speed of 110 rpm and depth of cut of 0.3 mm in stainlees steel 410 material of 0.981µm
