本发明涉及电化学传感器领域,具体地说是一种提高固体接触式离子选择性电极斜率灵敏度的方法和应用。以光热纳米材料作为固体接触式离子选择性电极的固体接触传导层,利用脉冲近红外激光照射固体接触式离子选择性电极,调节温度变化及产生瞬态电流,提升电位响应斜率,实现电极的高灵敏斜率响应。与传统零电流条件下的电位测定相比,本发明通过脉冲近红外激光调控固体接触传导层的方式提升了电极温度,并利用产生的瞬态电流,提高了斜率灵敏度,突破了传统能斯特斜率的限制,更有利于离子浓度的高灵敏和高精度测定
