La integración de la Teoría de Servicios en el proceso de administración de la calidad en Objetos de Aprendizaje (OA) se espera permita desarrollar recursos instruccionales que proporcionen una mayor satisfacción a los estudiantes. El presente artículo expone un estudio de la satisfacción obtenida con el uso de objetos de aprendizaje, basado en el Modelo de Brechas de la Teoría de Servicios. Se presentan los conceptos de la calidad en objetos de aprendizaje, la Teoría de Servicios y se describe el Modelo de Brechas.También se expone un proceso y los instrumentos requeridos para determinar la satisfacción obtenida con el uso de objetos de aprendizaje. En la investigación participaron estudiantes de la Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, los cuales trabajaron con tres distintos objetos de aprendizaje relacionados a UML. Primeramente se determinó la satisfacción esperada, posteriormente se usaron los OA y finalmente se determinó la satisfacción obtenida.
