Calculation of a Foreign Tour Package for U3A

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice organizace zahraničního zájezdu pro segment seniorů. Cílem této práce je tvorba programu zájezdu pro seniory, jehož obsahová náplň vychází z výsledků uskutečněného dotazníkového šetření, a následná kalkulace celkové ceny na jednoho účastníka. První kapitola teoretické části popisuje seniorský cestovní ruch a charakterizuje seniora jako segment i jako návštěvníka cestovního ruchu. Následující část je zaměřena na základní právní rámec související s tvorbou zájezdů a činností cestovních kanceláří. Druhá kapitola, zahajující praktickou část práce, se věnuje samotné organizaci zájezdu cíleného na segment seniorů. Program devítidenního zájezdu na jih Francie byl sestaven na základě výsledků uskutečněného dotazníkového šetření. Celková cena zájezdu je kalkulována v závěru práce.This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of organizing a foreign trip with focus on senior segment. Its goal is to create and calculate a tourism product in a form of a trip, designated for seniors, that is based on a questionnaire survey. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes senior tourism and characterizes the senior as a segment and as a category of tourist. The following part handles the issue of the basic legal framework related to the package tour organization and the tour operator activities. The second chapter starting the practical part of the thesis deals with main aspects of organizing the foreign trip for seniors. The detailed program of a nine-day trip to the south of France was formed on the basis of a questionnaire survey, and its total price is calculated in the final part of this thesis
