Abstract

This survey describes the Organizational Climate Behavior (OCB) and Job Satisfaction of the Provincial Land Office in Malang. The sampling used was saturated sampling with a total of 40 respondents. Analytical techniques use different scales and methods of analysis. Research shows that organizational climate has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Climate has been shown to have a significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through the job satisfaction module
