The World Cup is a major world-class football competition that takes place every four years. FIFA is responsible for setting the rules and regulations in the game of football, holding international football competitions and tournaments, and promoting the development of the sport of football throughout the world. Islamophobia in Europe has become a significant issue in the last few decades, Islamophobia in Europe is also related to issues such as immigration and integration. The aim of this research is to find out how the country of Qatar, as the host of the World Cup, is trying to deal with supporters who have Islamophobia. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is a science that studies knowledge that comes from consciousness, or how we understand an object or event through conscious experience of that object or event. A phenomenon is the appearance of an object, event, or condition in a person's perception and is therefore subjective. This research found 5 efforts by the State of Qatar to deal with Islamophobia as host of the World Cup, namely education programs, Public Awareness Programs, Collaboration with FIFA, Cooperation with international organizations, Infrastructure Development. The Qatari government's efforts are expected to minimize audiences in various parts of the world, especially European countries, so that Islamophobia does not occur in the Islamic communit
