This study aims to determine the effect of transformasional leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as a mediation variable, The sample used is employees at the Batu City Environmental Agency. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using quantitative methods, namely by using questionnaires, the number of samples used in the study was 85 respondents and analyzed using PLS.
