含聚(2-甲基丙烯四級銨鹽)陰離子交換劑之單管柱離子層析法研究

Abstract

[[abstract]]A ploy(2-methylallyl) copolymerized silica-based anion exchanger containing tetraqlkylammonium groups is used to investigate the chromatographic behavior of analyte anions. The material is rigid, stable and compatible with a wide variety of eluents. A homologous series of dicarboxylic acid (oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, gultaric acid and adipic acid) and the salts of organic acid (KHP) as eluents has shown to be effective separation of some organic and inorganic anions on single-column ion chromatography (SCIC) with conductivity detector. The retention of analyte anions is found to depend on the anion exchanger capacity, the structure of the anion exchanger, kind of eluents, eluent concentration/ or pH and concentration of organic modifier. Careful control of thse paramrters can improve selsctivity and resolution of analyte anions. The retention mechanism of analyte anions on the stationary phase is a combination of absorption and ion exchange.
