El proyecto Implementación de software tiene como propósito permitir un trabajo más eficiente para Vicpar S.A, ya que en la actualidad la compañía ha venido presentando problemas en la planeación y ejecución de las obras. Debido a ello, se ha incurrido en sobrecostos perjudicando la ejecución de los proyectos.
