The immediate results of rehabilitation treatment of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting in the translation into specialized medical rehabilitation according to the treadmill test

Abstract

The paper presents an assessment of the immediate results of rehabilitation treatment of patients undergoing surgical revascularization of the heart. The rehabilitation program was carried out in a specialized rehabilitation unit, and included not only medical therapy but also procedures of therapeutic physical training and physiotherapy effects. Patients were able to increase physical performance, electrical stability of the myocardium, to achieve a reduction in angina class. The presence of postinfarction cardiosclerosis had no effect on the improvement of test results with dosed physical load of treatment outcomes.В работе представлена оценка непосредственных результатов восстановительного лечения пациентов, перенесших хирургическую реваскуляризацию сердца. Реабилитационная программа осуществлялась в специализированном реабилитационном отделении и включала не только медикаментозную терапию, но и процедуры лечебной физкультуры и физиотерапевтические воздействия. У пациентов удалось увеличить физическую работоспособность, электрическую стабильность миокарда, достичь снижение класса стенокардии. Наличие постинфарктного кардиосклероза не влияло на улучшение результатов теста с дозированной физической нагрузкой в результате лечения
