Bazı parfüm bitkilerinde (Lavandula angustifolia mill., Melissa officinalis L., Salvia sclarea L. ) verim ve ontogenetik varyabilite üzerine araştırmalar

By the findings the highest drug flower yield "and the essential oil content were obtained in the stages of full bloom and prior to flowering as 285.9 kg/da and percent 2.19» respectively on Lavandula angustifolia Mill. Melissa officinalis L. was harvested two times. The highest annual total yields as drug leaves was 872.8 kg/da in the stage of following the crown leaves dropped. The highest annual total ration df the essential oil was obtained in full bloom and following the crown leaves dropped as percent 0.33* In Salvia sclarea L., the highest drug flower yield and the essential oil content were determined in the sta ges of following the crown leaves dropped as 146.7 kg/da and 0.69 %?> respectively.ABSTHAKT Bornova ekolojik koşullarında, bölünmüş parseller dene me desenine göre kurulan denemede, bazı parfüm bitkilerin - de (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., Melissa officinalis L., Salvia sclarea L. ) verim ve ontogenetik varyabilite saptan mıştır. 1. faktör olarak farklı N dozları ve 2. faktör olarak hasat zamanları (Çiçeklenme öncesi, tam çiçeklenme, taç yapraklar döküldükten sonra) incelenmiştir..Bulgulara göre Lavandula angustifolia Mili. bitkisinde drog çiçek verimi 285.9 kg/da ile tam çiçeklenme devresin de ve uçucu yağ miktarı % 2.19 ile çiçeklenmeden önceki devrede en yüksek değere ulaşmıştır. Melissa officinalis L. iki kez biçilmiştir. Sn yüksek drog yaprak yıllık toplam verimi 872.8 kg/da ile taç yapraklar döküldükten sonraki devrede elde edilmiştir. Uçucu yağın en yüksek yıllık top lam miktarı % 0.33 olarak tam çiçeklenme ve taç yapraklar döküldükten sonraki devrede bulunmuştur. Salvia sclarea L. de drog. çiçek /ve pimi ve uçucu yağ oranının sırasıyla 14-6.7 kg/da ve % 0.69 ile en yüksek değere taç yapraklar döküldükten sonraki devrede ulaştığı tesbit edilmişti
