El presente Trabajo tiene como objetivos principales el modelado del bastidor de un bogie ferroviario y el análisis del comportamiento del mismo a través de la aplicación de diferentes cargas que actúan sobre los elementos de la suspensión.
El proceso seguido incluye las siguientes fases: modelado inicial de un vehículo ferroviario y la correspondiente vía mediante el software Simpack, extracción de las cargas actuantes en diversas condiciones de funcionamiento a partir del modelo anterior utilizando el mismo programa, diseño completo de un bogie ferroviario mediante el software Solid Edge, estudio de las tensiones y deformaciones producidas en el bogie mediante el software Ansys.The main aims of the present Project are the modelling of a railway frame and the analysis of its behaviour under the effect of different loads acting on the suspension elements.
This process includes the following steps: the initial modeling of a railway vehicle and the pertinent rail using the Simpack software, the obtaining of the acting loads in different operating conditions from the previous model using the same program, the whole design of a railway bogie by the Solid Edge software and the final study of the stresses and deformations in the bogie using Ansys software.Ingeniería Industria
