El derecho al desarrollo es objeto de interesantes debates en la doctrina iusinternacionalista. En este trabajo se analizan las cuestiones clave de este debate: la existencia del derecho –a través del examen de su pertenencia a la categoría de derechos humanos y el análisis de su normatividad– y su contenido –valorando
las aportaciones doctrinales y las realizadas por el Experto independiente sobre el derecho al desarrollo.----------------------------------------------------------The right to development is the aim of important debates among international
