PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Karyawan Kapal Garden Hotel)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for Kapal Garden Hotel employees. The type of research carried out uses a quantitative approach with the Explanatory method. The research respondents were 37 employees. The sampling technique used by researchers is saturated sampling, where the saturated sampling technique is sampling that takes the entire population as the unit of observation. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses scale range analysis and partial least squares (PLS). The results of this research show that communication is very good, job satisfaction is very high, and employee performance is very high. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a variable
