[EN] The purpose of this work is to develop, within the subject of Physical Education, a learning situation
based on the use of bicycles, with the aim of promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
specifically SDG 3. "Health and well-being" and SDG 11. "Sustainable cities and communities". Many
of the contents of the Physical Education course are related to the SDGs. A learning situation entitled
"Pedaling also gets me there" has been developed, in which, through the educational resource of the
bicycle, content related to physical activity, physical fitness, healthy living and motor skills will be
worked on. However, sustainable mobility, active transportation, road safety, work in groups and the
achievement of challenges, among others, are also played. From this proposal, the direct relationship
between Physical Education and the SDGs, its transversality with other subjects and its transfer to
daily life is highlighted. Likewise, the importance of the bicycle as an active and sustainable means of
transportation, which provides autonomy, freedom of movement, mental health, healthy habits and
influences the conservation of the urban and rural environment, is exposed. After the elaboration of the
proposal, the importance of the application of the SDGs in the subject of Physical Education is
emphasized, with, subsequently, a great transfer to daily life
