The Library System of the Universidade Federal do Paraná (SiBi/UFPR), is composed of 20 libraries, distributed over the State of Paraná, as follows: 14 libraries in the capital, Curitiba; 3 in the interior, and 03 on the coast. (UFPR, n.d.). At SiBi/UFPR, two types of training are offered to the academic community through reference services: online and in-person training held within the libraries
