Modelling of construction of clamp plates equipped with torque limiter for conveyor belts repair

Abstract

Artykuł omawia innowacyjną konstrukcję i dobór optymalnego rozwiązania technicznego i funkcjonalnego ścisku wulkanizacyjnego z zastosowaniem wyłącznika momentu. Przedstawia wymagania konstrukcyjne, które powinny być spełnione dla zabezpieczania konstrukcji przed zniszczeniem wywołanym zwiększonym, niekontrolowanym dociskiem z jednoczesnym zabezpieczeniem potrzeb określonych przez procedury technologiczne. Ścisk jest niezbędnym wyposażeniem stanowiska naprawczego.Innovative construction and selection of optimal technical and functional solutions of vulcanization clamps equipped with torque limiter have been discussed in the paper. Design requirements guaranteeing on the one hand construction safety and protection from damages caused by uncontrolled pressure and on the other hand fulfilment of technological procedures have been presented.
