This report presents the activities developed during the compulsory supervised
curricular internship held from February 2 to May 31, 2019, totaling 820 hours. The
internship was held at BRPEC Agropecuária, Fazenda Cristo Redentor. Located in the
municipality of Miranda, Mato Grosso do Sul. Among the various activities carried out
during the training stage, activities involving the use of reproductive biotechniques,
company management and animal breeding were highlighted. The development of
these activities enabled the trainee to develop a critical and professional sense of how
these actions can contribute to the efficient performance of an agricultural system,
since the farm works with agriculture and livestock and is its benchmark in short cycle
livestock farming in Brazil and region of the Nhecolandia wetland. The development of
internships in regions and areas that run away from their routine / knowledge becomes
extremely important, since it allows several opportunities and maturity in the
professional performance.O presente relatório apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio
curricular supervisionado obrigatório realizado no período de 02 de fevereiro a 31 de
maio de 2019, totalizando 820 horas. O estágio foi realizado na BRPEC Agropecuária,
Fazenda Cristo Redentor. Situada no município de Miranda, Mato Grosso do Sul.
Dentre as várias atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio destacaram-se atividades
de utilização de biotécnicas reprodutivas, gestão de empresa e melhoramento animal.
O desenvolvimento dessas atividades proporcionou ao estagiário desenvolver senso
crítico e profissional de como estas ações podem contribuir para o desempenho
eficiente de um sistema agropecuário, uma vez que a fazenda trabalha com agricultura
e pecuária e é seu referencial em pecuária de ciclo curto no Brasil e na região do
pantanal da Nhecolândia. O desenvolvimento de estágio em regiões e áreas que
fogem de sua rotina/conhecimento torna-se extremamente importante, uma vez que
possibilita várias oportunidades e amadurecimento na atuação profissional
