FAMILY THERAPY AS A TOOL OF HELP AND INTERVENTION FOR PARENTS OF MINOR CHILDREN IN DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

Představení rodinné terapie jako nástroje pomoci i intervence státu v rámci rozvodového řízení. A to v případech, kdy rodiče nejsou sami schopni se před rozvodem domluvit na péči o děti a jsou ve sporu. Přitom zjistit, jestli orgány veřejné moci mají o tento nástroj, kterým jim stát svěřil z důvodu ochrany rodiny, zájem, případně jaké faktory rozhodují o tom, že ho použijí.
