Le phénomène de couche limite est décrit en utilisant les solutions de problèmes limites modèles,définis sur des domaines non bornés qui débouchent à l’infini sous forme cylindrique ou de type couche, Fig. 1.Comme dans les techniques d’homogénéisation, on pose le problème de Neumann (2) dans le domaineΩ , quidiffère de la couche périodiqueΛ définie en (1) sur une partie compacteK. Compte tenu de la structure périodiquedeΛ, la 3× 3-matriceA(x) de (2) dépendti -périodiquement deyi , i = 1,2, pour de grandes valeurs der := |y|.De plus elle est symétrique et définie positive uniformément dansΩ . Le but essentiel de cet article est de déter-miner le comportement asymptotique des solutions de (2) quandr → +∞. Dans la coucheΠ := R2× (−12, 12), lesexpressions asymptotiques ont été obtenues dans [6] pour les équations du second ordre, dans [7] pour le problèmede l’élasticité et dans [8] pour le système de Stokes. Nos résultats sont nouveaux même dans le casΛ=Π si A estune matrice périodique (cf. [9]). SoitA0 le prolongement périodique àΛ de la matrice périodiqueA|Ω\K . Alors ontrouve les fonctionsS-périodiquesV1 etV2 comme solutions des problèmes (3) dansS. Formulation of the problemAsymptotic structures of solutions to boundary value problems on junctions (see [1–5] and others) includedifferent kinds of boundary layers located near junctions zones. For junctions of thin plates and rods (cf. [3,4]), theboundary layer phenomenon is described with the help of solutions to model (limit) problems posed on unboundeddomains with cylindrical and layer-like outlets to infinity, Fig. 1. In thelayerΠ := R2 × (−12, 12), asymptotic formulae were obtained in [6] for second order equations, in [7] for theelasticity problem, and in [8] for the Stokes system. Our results are new even in the caseΛ=Π if A is a periodicmatrix-function (cf. [9], where the Dirichlet problem with periodic coefficients in a two-dimensional angle wasconsidered).2.
