MENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK PADA GURU MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS DI SD NEGERI MANDING TENGAH BANTUL TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022 /2023 DI SD MANDINGTENGAH

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the pedagogic competence of teachers in learning at SD Negeri Manding Tengah. 2) Know the teacher's preparation in learning 3) Know the implementation of learning in SD Manding Tengah through clinical supervision. The subjects in this study were teachers of SD Negeri Manding Tengah from grade one to grade six. The study used two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. The research used two instruments, namely the learning preparation instrument and the learning implementation instrument, from these instruments the results obtained in the first cycle did not meet after the success target was carried out with cycle two, the results obtained met the success target and even exceeded the target set by the researcher, namely 80.
