Propuesta Pedagógica para Reducir Índices de Violencia Escolar y Mejorar la Convivencia en la IE Junín - Tierralta – Córdoba

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to define a pedagogical strategy that reduces the rates of school violence and strengthens peaceful coexistence among 8th and 9th grade students of the IE Junín de Tierralta, Córdoba. The physical and socio-emotional consequences that affect psychological, behavioral and academic performance areas were observed. The type of study was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with a qualitative approach. For data collection, interview and observation were used. The studied population consisted of 30 students, both genders, 8th and 9th grades, also ten teachers who played an important role in the research. Once the information was collected, the data was tabulated and tables were created that provide an overview of the findings. It was evidenced that the students played an assertive role, since 76.6% expressed the desire to receive more training in issues of conflict resolution and school violence. In conclusion, the need to continuously develop activities that improve interpersonal relationships between students is highlighted, involving parents and teachers in this type of event. Finally, it is recommended to the management of the institution to create the necessary spaces to continue with these proposals.El objetivo principal de esta investigación es definir una estrategia pedagógica que reduzca los índices de violencia escolar y fortalezca la convivencia pacífica entre los estudiantes de 8° y 9° grado de la IE Junín de Tierralta, Córdoba. Se observaron las consecuencias físicas y socioemocionales que afectan áreas psicológicas, comportamental y de rendimiento académico. El tipo de estudio fue Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP) con enfoque cualitativo. Para la recopilación de datos, se utilizaron la entrevista y observación. La población estudiada consistió en 30 estudiantes, ambos géneros, grados 8° y 9°, igualmente diez docentes que desempeñaron un papel importante en la investigación. Recopilada la información, se tabularon los datos y se crearon tablas que proporcionan una visión general de los hallazgos. Se evidenció que los estudiantes desempeñaron un papel asertivo, ya que el 76.6% expresó el deseo de recibir más capacitación en temas de resolución de conflictos y violencia escolar. Como conclusión, se destaca la necesidad de desarrollar continuamente actividades que mejoren las relaciones interpersonales entre estudiantes, involucrando a los padres y los docentes en este tipo de eventos. Finalmente se recomienda a la dirección de la institución crear los espacios necesarios para continuar con estas propuestas
