Introduction  RocScholar is the institutional repository (IR) for Rochester Regional Health (RRH), and is managed by the Libraries at RRH. It provides storage and access for RRH’s research and scholarly activity. This report highlights the repository’s second year of implementation.  Content in the repository represents the scholarly activity, research, and work output of the Rochester Regional Health System. This includes but is not limited to articles, presentations, books, book chapters, newsletters, posters, and conference proceedings. Whenever available, we will provide access to the original content. RocScholar also collects bibliographic citations of RRH affiliated works and often provides a link to the original publication.   RocScholar is available online at https://scholar.rochesterregional.org. It is hosted by bepress’s Digital Commons and was implemented on March 30, 2021.   2. Highlights  1. Total downloads: 10,594 (increase of 41% from last year) 2. Works posted to the IR: 664  3. Peer-reviewed journal, Advances in Clinical Medical Research and Healthcare Delivery had 8,585 downloads  4. Created multiple grand rounds collections with video streaming of the presentations embedded on the records 5. Added the ‘Nursing Research and EBP Day’ collection. PDFs of the posters are available for download as well as a few video presentations embedded on the records. 6. Added a ‘Finding Aids’ collection to the newly created Rochester Regional Health Archives section 7. Citations of RRH published content are routinely added to the repository through the use of harvesting tools and search alerts. With this data, we are able to create a monthly citation report.  8. Created a RSS feed that shows the most recent publications of any particular collection which can be placed on subject guides on the Library website  3. Site Content  The repository currently contains four main collection-types; Journals, Presentations & Events, RRH authored publications and proceedings, and Rochester Regional Health Archives (new).  1. Journals:  Peer-reviewed publications presented by RRH.  a. Advances in Clinical Medical Research and Healthcare Delivery  2. Presentations & Events: Presentations made by or organized by RRH staff. a. Grand Rounds  i. CHED Talks ii. Orthopedic Surgery Grand Rounds (new) iii. Rochester General Hospital Grand Rounds (new) iv. Unity Hospital Grand Rounds (new) b. Nursing Research and EBP Day (new) c. Orthopedic Symposiums (new)  3. RRH authored publications and proceedings: This is our main ‘bucket’ for uploading citations to the repository, which mostly reflects bibliographic citations from the publisher. Metrics  The IR dashboard provides data about readership usage and site productivity. The data below provides snapshots of RocScholar’s progress throughout the year. Future Goals  Library staff is always looking to increase the scope of content in the IR while maintaining best practices and standards. To help achieve these primary goals, the following tasks have been identified:  1. Add more collections under ‘Presentations and Events’ a. RRH hosted event days 2. Work towards increasing institutional awareness of the IR a. Create and email a monthly citation list to administration 3. Redesign a. Explore examples of what other institutions have done for a potential redesign of RocScholar, such as the homepage 4. Exhibits a.
