Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of Make a match type cooperative learning in improving student learning outcomes on the material Functions of Air for the Survival of Living Things at SDN 02 Tawangrejo. The research uses classroom action research methods with two cycles. Data was collected through observation, interviews and tests. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' understanding after the application of Make a match cooperative learning. Students show high enthusiasm and active participation in learning activities. These results indicate that cooperative learning of the Make a match type can be an effective alternative in improving student learning outcomes in the material Functions of Air for the Survival of Living Things.
