Entrepreneurs must have an independent spirit. But that is not enough, entrepreneurs must be equipped with an attitude of high creativity so that the business they build has the potential to become great. This research aims to provide information related to various ways to develop entrepreneurial creativity. This research includes library research, because the research was conducted to search, analyze, make interpretations and generalizations from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by experts in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. The results of this study explain that there are various important ways that entrepreneurs can implement in order to create an attitude of creativity, one of which is by enriching literacy. Someone who is equipped with extensive knowledge is sure to have high creativity. The results of this study are expected to be a source of reference for anyone with an interest in aspects of entrepreneurship and creativity

Namun itu tidak cukup, entrepreneur harus dibekali sikap kreativitas tinggi agar bisnis yang dibangun, berpotensi menjadi besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan informasi terkait berbagai cara untuk mengembangkan sikap kreativitas entrepreneur. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kepustakaan (library research), karena penelitian dilakukan untuk mencari, menganalisis, membuat interpretasi dan generalisasi dari fakta-fakta hasil pemikiran dan gagasan yang ditulis oleh para ahli kewirausahaan dan entrepreneurship. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat berbagai cara penting yang bisa diimplementasikan entrepreneur dalam rangka menciptakan sikap kreativitas, salah satunya dengan memperkaya literasi. Seseorang yang dibekali ilmu pengetahuan luas, sudah pasti memiliki daya kreativitas tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumber rujukan bagi siapa saja yang berkepentingan dengan aspek kewirausahaan dan kreativitas. Because of this independent spirit, a businessman is required to always think creatively (Azzaakiyyah, 2023). By thinking creatively, a businessman will be ready to face and overcome every problem that is in sight (Ausat & Peirisal, 2021). Creativity can be developed through increasing the amount of info variety, namely knowledge, experience, and observation into the brain, especially new things (Suherman & Vidákovich, 2022). These three forces include memory, imagination, and absorption of the brain that cause new ideas to emerge towards creativity (Abraham, 2016). According to Rusdiana (2014), there is a series in the emergence of creativity, namely the fixation and stabilization of idea formulation, the preparation of plans, and real action programs that must be implemented in accordance with the plan. Creativity can be developed and improved, but the process depends on each individual (Parjanen, 2012). Some are born with good creativity abilities, some are influenced by the environment and knowledge that makes the individual creative (Plambech & Konijnendijk van den Bosch, 2015) and (Velázquez et al., 2015). So, what is creativity? Creativity is the generation of something new, be it ideas, products or knowledge (Purnamasari, 2020). Then, creativity is the ability to develop new ideas and find new ways of looking at problems and opportunities (Fredagsvik, 2021) and (Li et al., 2022). Creativity is the ability to create new products, the ability to combine or see new relationships between pre-existing elements, data, and variables, and one's ability to give birth to something new in the form of ideas and real works that are relatively different from those that have existed before (Ritter et al., 2020) and (Prayati, 2020).  An entrepreneur must have a creative thinking pattern, because it is needed when he faces business problems (Ausat, Siti Astuti, et al., 2022) and (Rembulan et al., 2023). Through creative thinking he can be immediately alert and responsive to the problems faced and immediately provide the best solution when the problem approaches him (Beccone, 2020). Fredrickson & Branigan (2005) mentions the characteristics of creative thinking such as being sensitive to problems, flexible, open, motivated, able to concentrate, free from fear of failure, and able to generate a number of big ideas.  To be able to remodel and encourage the development of the environment so that his business is successful, an entrepreneur must have a high spirit of creativity (Boldureanu et al., 2020). Through creativity, an entrepreneur can improve work efficiency, initiative, appearance, product quality, profit, and save production costs (Juliana et al., 2021). An entrepreneur must always develop his creativity (Sahtoni et al., 2023). This can be done by searching for information materials through television, newspapers, magazines, conversations with other people, letters, telephone, and other important social media and other modern platforms (Purnamasari, 2020). In addition to having creative thinking, an entrepreneur must have an entrepreneurial spirit, a mental attitude that is unyielding, brave, creative, innovative, resistant to life's challenges, and able to realize in real action (Putri, 2022). This creative thinking is supported by two important things, namely the direction of imagination and the scientific thinking process (Chiu, 2012). But there are times when this creativity process experiences obstacles and hurdles such as weak communication and monotony (Purnamasari, 2020). Therefore, a businessman must train a creative attitude. 11118   Journal on Education, Volume 05, No. 03, Maret-April 2023, hal. 11116-11122  The explanation above, attracts the author to further examine what kind of ways can train the creativity of an entrepreneur so that in running a business, they are able to solve any difficult problem with high creativity. This condition does not rule out the possibility of being the path to success. Not even 1 month ago, the author bought a book entitled "Ide Bisnis Modal Tipis 500 Ribuan" written by Evita P. Purnamasari, an entrepreneur, writer, and lecturer in entrepreneurship. In one of the chapters of the book she wrote, there is a discussion on how to develop an entrepreneur's creative attitude. She said that the character of an entrepreneur must be creative, otherwise the business he builds is easily disrupted in the near future, meaning it will not last long. This is of course the responsibility of an entrepreneur. Therefore, the author is interested in researching what are the components of developing a creative attitude for entrepreneurs. Once again, I emphasize that this interest is the purpose of this research.   METHOD This research includes library research, which is research that focuses on literature in the form of books, journals, and other publications (Basri, 2001). This is because this research is conducted to search, analyze, make interpretations and generalizations from the facts of thoughts and ideas written by thinkers and experts in entrepreneurial creativity, in this case Evita P. Purnamasari. In terms of its nature, this research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach.   RESULT AND DISCUSSION  Doing something different  Doing the same job over and over again will eventually lead to a feeling of boredom. In addition, your abilities and skills will only stick to that field and not develop. Therefore, try to do new things that have never been done before. For example, you are a fish entrepreneur, so far, the packaging of fish has only been put in bottles, try adding the bottles with a little water plant, like a mini aquarium, surely this kind of packaging will be more attractive.  Establish communication with many people  Whether you realize it or not, communicating with many people often brings up new ideas that you never imagined before. It sounds simple, but it's very effective. Many people willingly share their perspectives and knowledge, as long as you ask politely. Therefore, join a community and communicate actively there. From here you will find ideas and potential.  Read a lot  As the saying goes, books are the windows to the world. Reading a lot will increase your knowledge of various things. Newspapers, magazines, books, portals, online news, and e-books are examples of useful reading. The amount of insight and knowledge you have will increase your creativity. Why? Because the knowledge and insights you have can help you face challenges. Remember. Accurate information is one of the most important factors in the success of your work. This information can be obtained through reading, doing your own research, and asking others.  Make time for yourself  Set aside at least 30 minutes a day for yourself. Find a quiet place where you can think and concentrate. A calm atmosphere and place make you work more effectively and this is where creative ideas often come from.  Develop curiosity As you build your creativity skills, you should always have a strong curiosity about things, but that curiosity should be about positive things. From this attitude of curiosity, you can produce or can find something new or has never been found by others.  Write down what's on your mind Try to write down whatever is on your mind. Prepare a notebook and pen, bring this tool everywhere. Without realizing it, ideas often appear suddenly, for example when you are waiting for the bus at the bus stop. Immediately write down the idea and if one day you need it, you can just open the note.  Be a good observer  Many events or something meaningful around us are overlooked. Try to observe around where we live, who knows from small things you will get a brilliant idea for the continuity of your business. Observe, imitate, and modify the idea.  Challenge yourself  Not always in your comfort zone to be creative, try to challenge yourself to something that requires you to make a change. For example, you've been an employee for years, why don't you try your own business that suits your interests? This change will force you to learn something new.  Take time for rest and relaxation  Just like machines, machines need to rest so that they don't break down quickly. You also need to rest some time, because you have been working constantly. In addition to fatigue, fatigue also comes. Take a moment to relax so that your mind is refreshed and ready to work again. When your mind is refreshed, you're ready to recreate again.  Build positive beliefs  One of the things that builds creativity is instilling confidence in yourself that all problems can be solved. Other people may underestimate your ideas and activities, but have faith in what you are doing, keep doing it and prove it. Creativity will thrive when someone is in a bad situation if they are able to remain optimistic.    11120   Journal on Education, Volume 05, No. 03, Maret-April 2023, hal. 11116-11122  CONCLUSION Achieving human goals requires struggle, and this struggle also requires a process that takes a long time. However, they will succeed faster when they are serious and consistent in overcoming obstacles that come their way, especially for an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur must have a sharp mind to be able to capture business opportunities, especially their creativity. There are many ways to cultivate an attitude of creativity. The author has discussed them in the results and discussion section. These methods are important assets for an entrepreneur in finding opportunities and, most importantly, creating opportunities for profitability. Because that is the crucial character of the entrepreneur, the job creator.  The results of this study are expected to be a source of reference for anyone with an interest in aspects of entrepreneurship and creativity. The findings can also be discussed academically and practically to prove the validity of all the ways of developing a creative attitude in an entrepreneur that the author has discussed.
