Abstract

The article investigates the problem of when the longer version of the apparent foundation charter, the so-called Köln version was transumed. In my view, it is possible to date it at 1261, which is the date of its fabrication and confirmation of the monastery properties. Later, in my article, I am trying to show how Ląd monks had their properties and privileges confirmed during the trial with the Dolany inhabitants at the beginning of the 14th century.W artykule poruszam problem daty transumowania dłuższej wersji dokumentu fundacyjnego klasztoru cystersów w Lądzie, tzw. egzemplarza kolońskiego. Wydaje się, że można przyjąć rok 1261 jako datę jego sporządzenia i konfirmowania majątku opactwa.
