Respect for the educational ideology of religious colleges in canadian law: The Loyola case

En este artículo se repasan los puntos más relevantes de la sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Supremo canadiense, en relación a la acomodación concedida a la escuela religiosa Loyola High School que, tal y como le habían solicitado los padres, reclamó impartir la asignatura de Ética conforme al ideario religioso del colegio, en sustitución del ideario oficial asignado por el Estado.In this paper, we report the most relevant aspects of the sentence issued by the Canadian Supreme Court, in relation to the accommodation granted to the religious Loyola High School which, as was requested by the parents, claimed to teach the subject "Ethics and Religious Culture" according to religious approach of the school, replacing the official approach assigned by the State.Sin financiaciónNo data (2017)UE
