Development of Methodology for the Synthesis of Hetherogeneous Structures ZnO/h-BN

Abstract

Heterogeneous h-BN/ZnO structures were obtained by alkaline hydrolysis and adsorption methods. The SEM results confirm the presence of regularly distributed ZnO nanoparticles on the h-BN surface.Работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке Российского Научного Фонда (соглашение № 20-79-10286)
