This article arises with the purpose of disseminating the reflections around the stories and the conclusions of a scientific investigation that had the objective of revealing the social representations that underlie the students of the Bachelor of Education on the pedagogical practice in rural contexts. The study was framed in the qualitative approach supported by the phenomenological method in order to configure an ontological, epistemic and methodological vision applied to twelve subjects (12) students, students of professional practice in Basic Primary educational institutions of the Junín Municipality, Táchira. Venezuela. Vision that is specified with the Theory of Social Representations of Moscovici to interpret the dynamics that involves the pedagogical action from the meanings, beliefs, and experiences of these participants. The findings revealed and the conclusions drawn were qualified from the conceptual elements of this theory (representation field, information field and attitude).El presente artículo, surge con el propósito de difundir las reflexiones en torno a los relatos y las conclusiones de una investigación científica que tuvo por objetivo develar las representaciones sociales que subyacen en los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Educación sobre la práctica pedagógica en contextos rurales. El estudio se enmarcó en el enfoque cualitativo apoyado en el método de análisis teoría fundamentada a fin de configurar una visión ontológica, epistémica y metodológica aplicada a doce sujetos (12) estudiantes, cursantes de la práctica profesional en instituciones educativas de Básica Primaria del Municipio Junín, Táchira Venezuela. Visión que se concreta con la Teoría de las Representaciones Sociales de Moscovici para interpretar la dinámica que envuelve el accionar pedagógico desde los significados, las creencias, y experiencias propias de estos participantes. Los hallazgos develados y las conclusiones construidas se matizaron desde los elementos conceptuales de esta teoría (campo de representación, campo de información y actitud)
