The work was carried out in the forest of the Guisa Agroforestry Experimental Station, with the objective of characterizing the morphometric structure of nine species affected by anthropization. A simple random sampling was carried out with 40 plots of 500 m2 located at three altitude levels of the forest. The morphometric variables were used: cup insertion height, cup diameter, cup length, cup volume, as well as the dasometric variables normal diameter and total height. The morphometric structure of the nine species affected by anthropization shows that they have a favorable position for their growth and development in the studied site, as they have an optimal crown for biomass production, flowering and fruiting. The study of the Morphometric Indices shows that of the nine species affected by anthropization in the semi-deciduous mesophilic forest of the Guisa Agroforestry Experimental Station, only four with a high Slenderness Index are vulnerable to strong winds, which, their resilience would be affected by adverse environmental conditions.El trabajo se desarrolló en el bosque de la Estación Experimental Agroforestal Guisa, con el objetivo de caracterizar la estructura morfométrica de nueve especies afectadas por la antropización. Se realizó un muestreo aleatorio simple con 40 parcelas de 500 m2 ubicados en tres niveles altitudinales del bosque. Se utilizaron las variables morfométricas: altura de inserción de la copa, diámetro de copa, longitud de la copa, volumen de copa, así como las variables dasométricas diámetro normal y altura total. La estructura morfométrica de las nueve especies afectadas por la antropización muestra que las mismas poseen una posición favorable para su crecimiento y desarrollo en el sitio estudiado, al contar con una copa óptima para la producción de biomasa, la floración y fructificación. El estudio de los Índices Morfométricos muestra que de las nueve especies afectadas por la antropización en el bosque Semideciduo mesófilo de la Estación Experimental Agroforestal de Guisa, solo cuatros con alto Índice de Esbeltez, son vulnerables a los fuertes vientos, lo cual, su resiliencia estaría afectada por condiciones adversas del ambiente
