The current research has a main goal: the design of an educative strategy to the formation and professional superation in function of the local and communitary development. The main results are specified in the knowledge and the actions, that with the help of the professional they will be able to promote a link of the University Center with the local actors (the government, the enterprises, social and educative institutions) the dinamizator paper of the innovation the environment, as well as the determination of factors that promote or limitate the action of knowledge and the innovation in the Campechuela municipality.La presente investigación persigue como objetivo fundamental el diseño de una estrategia educativa para la formación y superación profesional en función del desarrollo local y comunitario. Los principales resultados de la investigación se concretan en el conocimiento y las acciones, que en manos de los profesionales, podrán fomentar el vínculo del centro universitario con los actores locales (gobiernos, empresas, instituciones educacionales y sociales), el papel dinamizador de la innovación en su entorno, así como la determinación de factores que promueven o limitan la gestión del conocimiento y la innovación en el municipio Campechuela
