Invitation: We’d like you to be involved in our project, and we’d like to talk to you. Please listen to some information, and then you can decide if you want to be involved.  12. Do you understand?* 23. Project purpose: We are conducting a study about diabetes and what people think of diabetes to help people know more about how to prevent diabetes. 34. Reasons for interviewing you: You live near the place where we are doing a health promotion funfair, and we want to get  information from different people living here. 55. Voluntary participation: There will be no problem if you don’t want to be interviewed. 76. Stopping the interview: You can stop the interview at any time. 97. Time: The interviews will take around half an hour.   118. Recording: We’d like to record the interview. 139. Anonymous interviews: Interviews will be anonymous.  1510. Harms: You might get upset, or not want to tell us things. That’s ok.  1711. Benefits: There are no benefits to taking part, but your information will inform a health promotion funfair which you can join.  1912.
