PENGARUH PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG KEPEMIMPINAN
EFEKTIF DAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP
MOTIVASI KERJA DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TERPADU
KECAMATAN SIAK HULU
Working motivation was influenced by two factors, internal and external factors.
In this research, the influencing factors were teachers' perceptions about effective
leadership and school principal supervision. This research consisted of two
independent variables including teachers' perceptions of leadership and school
principal supervision, and the dependent variable was working motivation. This
research aimed at knowing whether there was or not the effect of teachers'
perceptions about effective leadership and school principal supervision toward
working motivation. All teachers teaching at the Integrated Islamic Elementary
School were becoming the research unit (45 persons). The variables investigated
in this research included teachers' perceptions of effective leadership, supervision
and working motivation. Questionnaire technique was used for collecting the
data. Descriptive analysis, prerequisite test regression analysis, multiple
regression analysis test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test techniques
were used for analyzing the data. The research findings showed that first, based
on the results of hypothesis testing 1, it was obtained that tobserved > ttable (4.790 >
2.018), it meant that alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, it was in high
category with determination 86%. Second, based on the results of hypothesis
testing 2, it was obtained that tobserved > ttable (12,057 > 2,018), it meant that
alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, it was in quite high category with
determination 77%. Third, based on the results of hypothesis testing 3, it was
obtained that fobserved > ftable (282.869 > 0.322), ), it meant that alternative
hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and it was in very high category with determination
