Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na analýzy rizik v podniku. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení pojmů, souvisejících se strategickým řízením podniku a analýzou rizik. V praktické části je stručně představena restaurace Burger King Area Bory DRIVE THRU a rizika navrhovaných strategií rozvoje podniku zpracovávané autorkou. Navrhované strategie jsou vytvořené na základě provedené PEST analýzy a Porterova modelů pěti sil. Následně je provedena identifikace, analýza, ovládnutí rizik pomocí modelu 4T a následné opatření rizik navrhovaných strategií restaurace. Závěrečnou kapitolu tvoří celkové zhodnocení praktické časti.ObhájenoThis bachelor's thesis is focused on risk analyses in the company. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of terms related to strategic management of the company and risk analysis. In the practical part, the restaurant Burger King Area Bory DRIVE THRU is briefly presented, and also the risks of the proposed business development strategies processed by the author. The proposed strategy is based on a PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model.
