Catalytic oxidation over inorganic oxides as catalysts

Abstract

The kinetics and proposed models of catalysis are reviewed with 48 refs. The Matsuura model for Bi2MoO6 catalysts is discussed critically. Two general criteria based on crystal chem. and the spatial arrangement of site clusters are offered to better define the necessary elements for selective catalysis. [on SciFinder (R)
