Main purpose of the article is to present relationships between property of land and political power in Stanisław Zaborowski’s thought. The starting point of his reflexions was a question of transition of the legal title to royal lands. With respect to this problem Zaborowski assumed that no kind of alienation of possible, since everything, what is public, should be at the service of common good.
