Project of Copyright Act of 29 March 1926 year was processed by professor Fryderyk Zoll. Attorney at law of Jan Jakub Litauer has presented numerous notes, as well as social institutions and legal. Work lasted over uniformity of copyright seven years almost, they were concentrated in Section of civil law of Commission of Codyfi cation appointed 3 June 1919 year. Ready project of act has been sent next for Ministry of Justice, who as it has contributed government project under proceedings of Sejms it. Ultimately, on session from 29 march 1926 year, after introduction of editorial several correction suggested by Senate, sejm Legal Commission has accepted fi nal version of act about copyright.
