Abstract

In der aktuellen Diskussion über "Standards" droht eine Verkürzung auf überprüfbares "Wissen" und eine Verstärkung selektiver Hürden. Der Grundschulverband setzt dagegen einen umfassenden Bildungsbegriff. Seine Empfehlung für nationale Bildungsstandards im Grundschulbereich zielt auf Kompetenzen, mit denen der Bildungsanspruch der Kinder erfüllt wird und Lernmöglichkeiten gefördert werden.
