Externaleam  radiotherapy  (EBRT)  to  the  eye  and  brain  showedavourable  iris  tumour  response  (Fig.  1B).  Unfortunately,ystemic  chemotherapy  had  to  be  discontinued  4  monthsfter  EBRT  because  of  the  COVID-19  pandemic. Treatmentptions  included  further  EBRT  to  the  eye  or  brachyther-py.  She  was  rapidly  restarted  on  Eribulin  which  led  to  aignificant  regression  of  the  uveal  metastasis  (Fig.  1D)  andesolution  of  ophthalmic  symptoms.This  case  shows  that  careful  observation  is  needed  incular  metastasis  where  treatment  may  be  suspended  forther  reasons  but  a favourable  outcome  is  possible  by  simplyesuming  previous  treatment  regimens.S.
