Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přestavbou 3D tiskárny Prusa i3 MK3 na nízkonákladovou 3D-biotiskárnu. Úvod práce se věnuje technologii FDM, na jejímž principu je tiskárna založena. Jsou zde popsány stručné informace o biotisku, běžně dostupných biotiskárnách a pro něj dostupných materiálech. V další části se práce zaměřuje na konstrukční řešení a postup přestavby 3D-tiskárny.Bachelor thesis is dealing with a conversion of a 3D printer Prusa i3 MK3 into a lowcost 3D biopriter. In the beginning this paper is explaining the basics of FDM technology, which the printer is functioning on. There is a brief explanation of the bioprint topic, as well as commonly available bioprinters and materials.
