Abstract
: The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) non-performing loans in PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu Karanganyar from 2008 to 2012 and the factors that cause and solution, (2) analyzing the susceptibility of bad loans given by the PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu Karanganyar against the debtor and its causes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis in qualitative research is usually conducted in conjunction with the data collection process to obtain a conclusion. The results showed that the number of bad loans on PD. BPR BKK Tasikmadu for the year 2008-2012 there were bad debts are high on customer criteria for working capital loans, consumption, trade, vulnerability is more bad loans occurred/ dominant on customers with loans as working capital because they dared to take out large loans to banks, because they feel their business will thrive with the additional bias of capital, there are arrears in installment payments of principal and / or interest has exceeded 270 days
