Raw data_ChO mechanics

Abstract

GFP-expressing chordotonal organs were imaged during larval crawling in a linear agarose channel. The contour of the cap and ligament cells was followed over time. The original stream acquisitions are provided as multi-tiff files (prc.zip and wt.zip).Larval locomotion was followed for wild-type, pericardin-mutant and atonal-mutant larvae. We are happy to provide the original time lapse movies, however, the movie size for a single experiment is 1GB and we have 27 movies in total.
