Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Program Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Cicendo dan Sukajadi“. Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) adalah program pengembangan profesi guru secara berkelanjutan untuk peningkatan Kinerja Mengajar Guru yang merupakan faktor penting yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan masih terdapat guru yang memiliki kinerja mengajar yang rendah, seperti kurang menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran dan terdapat guru yang Gagap teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besaran Pengaruh Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan terhadap Kinerja Mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cicendo dan Kecamatan Sukajadi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 44 Guru dengan perhitungan Proporsionate stratified random sampling dan 44 Kepala Sekolah dengan perhitungan sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS) dan Statistik dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 26 for windows. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah PKB yang dilakukan guru berada pada kategori Baik yang mana guru sudah sering melakukannya, dan Kinerja Mengajar guru berada pada kategori Sangat baik yang mana guru selalu melakukan kinejanya. Analisis Korelasi antara PKB dengan Kinerja Mengajar Guru berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan Determinasi sebesar 0,5%. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi diperoleh 0,436 < 1,680 yang berarti bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X terhadap Y. Sehubungan dengan masih rendahnya dimensi PKB yaitu Publikasi Ilmiah sebaiknya kepala sekolah dan Dinas Pendidikan memberikan motivasi kepada guru dan pengelolaan PKB dilakukan dengan optimal juga sesuai kebutuhan guru. Serta untuk pemerintah agar memberikan anggaran yang memadai dikhusukan untuk pelaksanaan PKB.
This research entitled "The Influence of Continuing Professional Development Programs on Teaching Performance of Elementary School Teachers in Cicendo and Sukajadi Districts". Continuing Professional Development (PKB) is a teacher professional development program on an ongoing basis to improve Teacher Teaching Performance which is an important factor that can improve the quality of education. Based on preliminary research, there are still teachers who still have low teaching performance, such as not preparing lesson plans and there are teachers who are technologically illiterate. The purpose of this research to determine the magnitude of the influence of Continuing Professional Development on the Teaching Performance of elementary school teachers in Cicendo and Sukajadi Districts. The sample of this research was 44 teachers and 44 school principals according to the calculation of proportional stratified random sampling and saturated sampling. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The analysis of this research uses the calculation of Weight Mean Score (WMS) and Statistics with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26 for windows. The results obtained are that the PKB carried out by the teacher is in the Good category where the teacher has often done it, and the teacher's Teaching Performance is in the Very good category where the teacher always performs. Correlation Analysis between PKB and Teacher Teaching Performance is in the very low category with a determination of 0.5%. The result of the significance calculation is 0.436 < 1.680, which means that there is no significant influence between the X and Y variables. In connection with the low PKB dimension, namely Scientific Publications, it is better if the principal and the Education Office provide motivation to teachers and the management of PKB is carried out optimally according to the teacher's needs .
