Clickhere to view the abstract.PublicationsDr. Manuel Wörsdörfer's paper "Louis Brandeis -Founding Father of Modern-Day Antitrust" hasbeen accepted for publication in the History ofEconomic Thought and Policy journal. The papertakes a closer look at the life and work of SupremeCourt Justice Louis Brandeis and analyzes hissocio-economic and legal philosophy from ahistory of economic thought perspective. Thepaper also addresses the question of whichlessons can be drawn from his work and how it could inspire today's politicaldiscourses in general and the big tech and antitrust debate in particular.Dr. Billy Obenauer had his paper "More on whyLakisha and Jamal didn't get interviews: Extendingprevious findings through a reproducibility study"accepted for publication in the Journal ofManagement Scientific Reports. Through areanalysis of data from Bertrand andMullainathan's seminal research study, Dr.Obenauer demonstrates that discriminatory effectswere stronger in conditions in which a jobposting's experience requirements were ambiguous and that applicants withfirst names of Arabic origin experienced higher levels of discrimination thanapplicants with other non-White-sounding names.
