PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN NON PNS SMKN 1 PONOROGO

Abstract

An institution will never be separated from human resources that reflect the quality and quality of the institution's performance. SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo is an institution that has an important role in improving the quality of education. SMKN 1 Ponorogo must pay attention to employees so that their satisfaction is guaranteed so that they can work according to school expectations. There are many factors to influence job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, transformational leadership and work environment on job satisfaction in Non PNS of SMKN 1 Ponorogo. The sample is an Non PNS of SMKN 1 Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis using SPSS 26. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence between compensation on job satisfaction, there was a significant positive influence between transformational leadership on job satisfaction and there was a significant positive influence between the work environment on job satisfaction. Compensation, transformational leadership and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on job satisfaction of administrative employees of SMK Negeri 1 Ponorogo
