JOB BURNOUT MEMEDIASI WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DAN JOB SATISFACTION KARYAWAN BANK BRI

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel yang terdiri dari: 1 variabel Independen yaitu Job Satisfaction, 1 variabel Mediasi yaitu Job Burnout dan 1 variabel Dependen yaitu Work Family Conflict, yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Family Conflicy terhadap Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) di Jakarta Barat. Melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 120 orang dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Burnout. Namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Jika melihat peran Job Burnout sebagai variabel Mediasi, cukup memberikan pengaruh Work Family Conflict terhadap Prestasi Kerja bagi Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) di Jakarta barat. Namun, hasil kami menambahkan dukungan dan memperluas pemuan ini. Temuan kami menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan kerja sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan konflik rumah pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja, meskipun kami menemukan efek tidak Secara khusus, temuan penelitian ini menyoroti fakta bahwa kehadiran karyawan bank garis depan yang kelelahan secara emosional sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara tuntutan pekerjaan (Job Burnout dan WFC) dan kepuasan kerja, yang sejalan dengan model yang diterapkan dalam penelitian sebelumnya.This study uses 3 variables consisting of: 1 Independent variable, namely Job Satisfaction, 1 Mediation variable, namely Job Burnout and 1 Dependent variable, namely Work Family Conflict, which aims to analyze the effect of Work Family Conflict on Job Satisfaction mediated by Job Satisfaction. The sample used in the study were employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) in West Jakarta. Through a survey using a questionnaire with a total of 120 respondents and the data analysis method in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that Work Family Conflict has a positive effect on Job Burnout. However, it has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. If you look at the role of Job Burnout as a mediating variable, it is enough to give the effect of Work Family Conflict on Work Performance for Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) employees in West Jakarta. However, our results add support and extend this discovery. Our findings suggest that job burnout fully mediates the relationship between job demands and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction, although we find no effect. Specifically, the findings of this study highlight the fact that the presence of emotionally exhausted frontline bank employees fully mediates the relationship between demands (Job Burnout and WFC) and job satisfaction, which are in line with the model applied in previous studies
