Noyes.</p> <p>Diagnosis</p> <p> Member of the <i>orientale</i> species group. FEMALE. This species is characterized by a long antenna (Fig. 56), the forewing (Fig. 37) with only one (apical) brown spot and a faint infumation in the middle of the blade, short "V"-shaped submedial carinae on the propodeum (Fig. 57), and a long ovipositor which is markedly exserted beyond the gastral apex (by about 1/5 of the total length of the ovipositor).</p> <p>MALE.
