Abstract
Zn作为一种植物生长的必需微量元素,在植物的生长发育过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,但当其在植物体内的累积量达到一定值时,也会表现出毒性效应。传统的含量分析方法存在破坏样品、时空分辨率低等局限性因素。利用非损伤微测技术可以实时、动态检测活体植物Zn2+吸收转运过程,对植物重金属积累毒害研究有重大意义。同时非损伤微测技术对于农作物矿质元素高效利用研究也有很大的应用前景
